DRiiMZ will never request payments or money under any circumstances.
Winner Selection & Prize Delivery
All raffles fairly select winners through a random drawing system. Winners are required to submit a copy of their ID for tax reporting purposes. If documents are not submitted within 30 days of the announcement or if the winner is unreachable, the win is automatically cancelled and the prize is donated in kind to a designated organization. Winning status can be checked anytime in My Page under [Winning History].
Fair Drawing & Participation Method
DRiiMZ Raffle is a free reward promotion for members, where any member with 'activity points' based on service usage can participate. A unique entry number is immediately assigned for transparent drawing. This raffle operates on points earned through attendance, sharing, invitations and other service activation contributions, and has no direct causal relationship with paid content purchases.
Personal Information Collection & Use
We collect minimal personal information such as name, contact details, and address for winner verification and prize delivery. Collected information is not used for purposes other than prize delivery and is immediately destroyed or securely stored in accordance with relevant laws after the purpose is fulfilled. If you do not consent to personal information collection and use, winner identification may not be possible and prize delivery may be restricted.
Duplicate Limits & Winner Information Disclosure
Up to 10 duplicate entries per person are allowed for the same raffle, and winning probability is calculated proportionally to the number of entries. Winning numbers are transparently announced on each raffle page or the official [Draw] menu. Winners must provide prize receipt information within 30 days of the announcement, and winning benefits may expire if the deadline passes.
Impersonation & Financial Crime Warning
Outside of DRiiMZ's official customer center, we never directly call individuals to request payment information or card numbers under any circumstances. Please be especially cautious of voice phishing and similar cases impersonating operators. All official inquiries and winning consultations are conducted only through the 1:1 customer board within the DRiiMZ app. We never request money under any circumstances.
Raffle Closure & Extension Rules
If participation reaches 100% during the raffle countdown period, the raffle immediately transitions to early closure and drawing phase. If participation is below 100% at the end date, the period is automatically extended up to 3 times for 15 days each. If the final target is not met by the end of the extension period, the raffle is permanently closed and all raffle entries consumed during participation are fully refunded.
