However, third-party rights such as personality, trademark, or property rights included in some content may not be held by us. Users must independently verify and obtain permission for such elements. All legal liability arising from unverified rights rests with the user.

Integrated marketing execution without media restrictions

The license is designed for use across web, mobile, print, advertising, video, and other media environments, with extended use available on SNS, e-commerce, and open market channels. While integrated marketing with a single content asset is possible, use in contexts that may cause misidentification or defamation—such as medical, political, adult, or misleading advertising—is restricted for content featuring individuals. All liability for violations rests with the user.

Content usage confirmation and usage restriction rules

All content is available for a single download for operational efficiency and copyright protection. Upon execution, it is considered receipt of goods and confirmation of use, making withdrawal of subscription impossible, so please decide carefully. Personal collection and marketing use are permitted, but AI training data use, NFT issuance, and commercial redistribution are strictly prohibited. Some components such as fonts and audio may be subject to separate licenses, and users must verify rights in advance. We are not responsible for related disputes.

Subscription withdrawal and refund standards based on digital content characteristics

Digital content is generally non-exchangeable and non-refundable due to its intangible nature and immediate download availability upon payment. However, refund requests may be submitted within 7 days of purchase if the content has not been downloaded and remains in the user's My Page. Refunds are approved only when no download history exists. If significant defects or clear discrepancies are confirmed, exchanges or refunds are available regardless of download status after review.

Scarcity protection and illegal distribution prevention through technical verification

DRiiMZ applies proprietary verification technology to protect the scarcity of limited products. Technical elements are included at the bottom of each content to verify user identification information and distribution history, preventing unauthorized editing and illegal distribution. If identification marks included in the content are arbitrarily deleted or damaged, the license may be immediately terminated.

Content download period and ownership rights

Digital content is available for download for 7 days after payment. Users can continuously access and use the content through My Page. There is no time limit on usage, but all use must remain within the licensed scope. Authentication marks and identification elements included in the content cannot be deleted or damaged. Violations may result in service restrictions, license termination, and legal liability.
